LIES! I see no UPS deliveries at my doorstep. What manner of trickery is this?
OK. Maybe I’m getting a bit ahead of myself.
I don’t suppose there’s anyone on this site who knows the workings of a company like UPS who could tell me if it makes sense for it to be “out for delivery” in my city at 7:30AM, but not here yet. Or is there?
Out for delivery means it has been loaded on a truck and has been sent out for delivery….or so I’ve been told.

Out for delivery literally just means they put it on the truck this morning, along with 1000s of other packages getting delivered today.
