You know what I need right now?
A taco truck. A good classic central valley taco truck. The kind of taco truck that can have zero customers one minute and then, shortly after that animal is run over in the street, has a line around the block.

I was just out in the front of the yard and I saw two teenagers kissing on the sidewalk. I yelled ‘I see you!’

"Mental Health Day"
I have never taken a mental health day. I always go to work. In the last 14 years I have called in sick 5 times. Once to take a final, Once to attend a meeting for school and 3 times becuase my wife said I was too sick to go to work and if I didn’t call, she would.

I got my license when I was 16.
I went to Europe at this age and got pissed in a number of countries.
I rolled a Chevy Suburban full of my friends end over end into a Vineyard and managed to not get anyone hurt.

There are times when being the responsible party is not a pleasant experience. I can’t complain about my pay or my career. It has treated me very well. There are times though when people do things that cannot be ignored or talked away and decisive action must be taken. The draining part is knowing that a spouse and two young children will be affected.
